Project Goal

Problem Statement

Tourists in Split often struggle to quickly find attractions and activities that match their interests. They need a platform that provides clear information and personalized recommendations right upon arrival.

Solution Statement

Develop an online platform aimed at enhancing tourists' ability to explore the city of Split and its surroundings more effectively. This platform will offer comprehensive information and captivating narratives about local attractions, enriching the visitor experience.

Business Interviews

During the research phase, I conducted 22 hours of meetings with stakeholders to gain a deep understanding of the main challenges and pain points. These sessions helped identify user needs, business priorities, and key areas where the platform could deliver the most value

Learnings

Tourists often rely on competitors' online apps to learn about destinations, but these resources may not provide up-to-date information on current events and happenings in the city.

Many tourists arrive at their destination without a clear plan for where to go or what to see during their stay.

Most tourists are unaware of the hidden gems a destination has to offer.

Tourists often lack access to articles that share unique stories and insights about the destinations they want to explore.
